“A Series of Unfortunate Events” Season 2

30 Mar

It’s here, it’s here! Season 2 of A Series of Unfortunate Events landed on Netflix today. I’m beyond proud to have written the “Hostile Hospital” episodes. Here’s hoping I’ve now scarred a generation of children!

Please watch.

“Peter Pan” Adaptation in the Works at Single Carrot.

25 Oct

Very excited to announce that I’ve been in Baltimore working on a commission for Single Carrot. I’m adapting Barrie’s “Peter Pan” with an eye toward Baltimore’s LGBTQ+ community.

The production will be in April of 2018 and you can read more about it here.

‘Curmudgeons’ on Vimeo.

6 Oct

I’m over the moon that Vimeo has chosen my film Curmudgeons to launch their Vimeo Premieres programming. If you’ve missed it at your local film festival, you can watch it on Vimeo for free. Watch it now.

I’m eternally grateful to Danny, Jake, and Lucy DeVito for making this movie with me.

A Series of Unfortunate Events.

4 Oct

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been in San Francisco for several weeks now writing for the second season of Netflix’s A Series of Unfortunate Events based on the popular novels by Lemony Snicket.

I can’t say much more than that at this time, but I can say I’ve been on a lot of hikes, drank a lot of espressos, and eaten my fair share of Ramen in Japantown.

Watch this space. This is going to be good.

Praise for “Curmudgeons”

“Curmudgeons may very well be Danny DeVito’s best film.” I’m gutted that TriBeCa has closed and I have to go back to my normal life now.

Check out this glowing review.
